Technobit Solutions (I) PVT. LTD. is a young company formed in 2004 with corporate office at Mumbai and working / operational office at Pune. Its main objective clause of memorandum of association enables the company to undertake the business development of software for customer in India and abroad. Its vision is to accomplish challenging technology based, value added solutions and expand its wings across the globe.

It is run by young directors, Mr. Anand Ambardekar and Mr. Anand Gadgil who are capable and qualified to undertake and successfully maneuver Technobit Solutions (I) PVT. LTD. to great heights and reach its goals and vision.

Technologies

1) DIFC (Direct Interface Flexible Controller) Technology:

There is a direct interface in the sense that In current Automation system PLC is used as Master controller. In the case of CNC Machines the PLC is used as an I/O. Where as in DIFC the PLC is bypassed and the machine is directly controlled through the Industrial Grade Embedded Computer and peripheral IO cards and Motion control Card, Multi axis interpolation card.

DIFC offers Power and flexibility of PC features like Data connectivity, portability, while the core logic of the machine is working.

In the Present automation the upper level PC languages are used only for the GUI and the rest of the functions are established using Ladder Programming or in case of CNC it is G code M code are used. To bring in the flexibility to the controller the Upper level languages of computer is used both at front end and at back end also.

The PC-STEP motion controller is high-speed step and direction signal generator for use with full, half, or micro-stepping stepper motor drivers, with step rates up to 50,000 step/second. It supports on RS232 or multi-drop RS485 serial interface using the same NMC communications protocol as the PC-SERVO and PC Input and PC Output controllers, supporting up to a total of 32 controllers. Its operating modes include profiled velocity mode, un-profiled velocity mode, trapezoidal profile position mode and un-profiled position mode. It has 2 limit switches inputs, one homing switch input, a stop input, a thermistor or A/D input, and two undedicated inputs. The driver interface includes an amplifier enable output, an analog current limit output, plus 5 undedicated outputs which can be used for amplifier control, or other purposes. The profiled modes (velocity and trapezoidal) can specify integer velocities in the range of 1 - 250. Un-profiled velocities can be specified to within the resolution of the PC-STEP’s internal 16 bit timer. Four different speed modes allow velocities as low as 25steps/second (even lower in un-profiled modes) and as high as 50,000 steps per second. The PC-STEP uses a 32 bit position counter, enabling very long motions to be executed.
